Apple cider vinegar is a simple way to add variety to your daily diet. Thanks to its distinctive fresh and tangy flavour, it is perfect for salad dressings, marinades and other recipes, but you can also use it outside the kitchen.
It is made from freshly crushed apple juice from organic farmers in the White Carpathians. This juice is then fermented to form apple cider vinegar. It is processed at low temperatures (unpasteurized), unfiltered, and without added yeasts or bacteria of vinegar fermentation. The vinegar retains all the important substances and 100% natural composition thanks to this.
Most commonly used in meal preparation, for dressings and salads. It can also be consumed mixed in a glass of water, which you can lightly sweeten with honey. It is not recommended to drink undiluted.
