Cold‑pressed Vilgain coconut oil is made from fresh fruits of the coconut palm Cocos Nucifera, which is grown in controlled organic farming. The uncompromising quality of the product is demonstrated by its 99,9% fat content.
It stands out for its neutral taste, authentic smoothness, and universal use. With a smoke point of 170°C, it is suitable for gentle sautéing or for use in cold dishes. Thanks to its pure composition and fatty texture, it is also often used for external application (massage oils, ingredient in cosmetic products). It remains solid up to about 25°C, after which it begins to soften.
