Vilgain Olive Oil Spray is an extra virgin oil cold-pressed – and therefore gently processed. Thanks to this, it retains the maximum amount of nutrients. The oil has a smoke point of 191 °C and a typically pleasantly spicy, slightly bitter taste with fruity notes.
Olive oil is rich in unsaturated fats, which are often lacking in our diet. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The healthiest use of the oil is in cold dishes.
The indicator of quality is a very low acidity of ≤ 0,5°, which shows that the oil comes from good‑quality olives and has been processed in appropriate conditions.
Wondering how to prepare your favorite crispy dishes without them swimming in oil? Oil spray is still oil – just with the difference that instead of guessing with three tablespoons, you spray exactly as much as you need. Combined with a hot air fryer, you can enjoy your favorite meals to the fullest without compromise.
The oil comes in a specially designed bottle, which effectively separates the gas from the oil itself. This means that the quality of the oil remains unaffected, and you can spray it at any angle. Additionally, no carbon dioxide escapes when spraying, making this technology more environmentally friendly.
