You need proper milk for proper ghee. Ours comes from the fertile pastures of northern Austria, which are renowned for growing high‑quality organic hay. The German "Bio Heu Region" is a beautiful region with an organic tradition since 1997, full of small farms that produce some of the best milk in Europe.

After obtaining fresh cow's milk, the gentle and efficient production process starts immediately, producing ghee with higher levels of omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin K2 than regular ghee.
