Transfused ghee butter is a versatile kitchen helper that's great for more than just frying, baking and cooking. What's more, ours is organic and made from milk from grass‑fed cows, with minimal milk protein and lactose. Thanks to this, it lasts longer in the fridge and at room temperature too, and doesn't produce harmful substances when cooked.
You can use it for any method of cooking and it will add a nice nutty aroma and creaminess to your dishes. It's great for boiling, frying, baking and cold preparation too. It will add smoothness to sauces, soups, rice, and couscous or add a unique flavour to your favourite desserts easily.
You need proper milk for proper ghee. Ours comes from the fertile pastures of northern Austria, which are renowned for growing high‑quality organic hay. Known as "Bio Heu Region" in German, it is a beautiful region with an organic farming tradition since 1997, full of small farms that produce some of the best milk in Europe.
The quality of ghee is ensured not only by carefully selected ingredients, but also by a well‑thought‑out production process. Every step has its place and together they lead to pure ghee with a characteristic taste and aroma.
