Instead of refined sugar, we chose erythritol. It is naturally found in some fruits and is produced by fermentation from corn. Compared to sugar, it has a lower glycemic index, so you won't be hungry again after a while.

The chocolate in the bar may be free of added sugar, but it's definitely not without a good dose of cocoa. We guarantee a minimum of 51,5% cocoa solids in the chocolate, so you can count on an intense cocoa flavour.
