Traditional recipe, modern processing
Our sauce is made through a careful process of natural fermentation. The soybeans are mixed with water and salt and aged in special barrels for at least 6 months. This long maturation process ensures a rich flavour, intense aroma and dark colour.
Versatile use in the kitchen
Tamari sauce is not only great for flavouring Asian dishes, but it also perfectly flavours stews, soups, noodles, rice, wok and fried vegetables. You can also easily make dressing or marinade from it. It's great for mixing with rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and pepper, for example.
