From Spanish potatoes in organic quality 🌱
The potatoes used for these chips come from sunny Spain, specifically from the Soria region, which boasts excellent conditions for growing potatoes. We use Agria variety potatoes, perfect for frying, grown in mountainous areas at an altitude of at least 1000 m above sea level.
Gentle frying procedure without burnt oil
We’ve steered clear of frying with sunflower oil, which can reach temperatures up to 190°C. Unless it's the 'high oleic' variety, this can lead to the formation of oxidation products that may negatively impact health. Instead, we gently fry at a low flame using organic olive oil from Spain, preserving its beneficial properties.
