Vilgain Organic Whole Milk Powder – high protein content, gives a creamy consistency to porridges, long shelf life

Vilgain Organic Whole Milk Powder - high quality alternative to raw milk from organic farming

Our powdered milk is made from 100% fresh pasteurized organic whole milk that comes from the best farms. We bring you a delicious alternative to fresh milk that is high quality, durable and has excellent nutritional value.

How is our exceptional powdered milk made?

We start with fresh organic milk that is pasteurized to remove bacteria and extend shelf life. The milk is then pumped into a vacuum chamber where it is concentrated under reduced pressure. This process removes water and produces a thick to creamy consistency. This is followed by jet drying, where the milk is gently sprayed onto the hot air. This removes the residual moisture from the milk and produces a high quality powdered milk, full of flavour and nutrients.

High full‑fat protein content

Our milk contains 25 % high quality animal protein. The complete content of essential amino acids makes the protein perfectly absorbable. It ranks just below the top of the amino acid spectrum, together with beef for example. Protein is important for supporting muscle growth and maintenance, regeneration and cell building and overall wellbeing.

Important vitamins and minerals

It also contains important micronutrients such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium, which support bone strength and health, the nervous system and heart function. Vitamins A, D, E, K and B vitamins are important for a variety of processes in the human body including supporting energy metabolism, removing oxidative stress or collagen formation.

Maximum creaminess for your porridge

Our powdered milk is an ideal quality replacement for fresh milk, which is not always readily available or perishable. It's great for porridges, giving them a creamier consistency and richer flavour. You can also use it in desserts, milkshakes or hot drinks.

Traditional milk powder, delicious

Satisfaction, the porridge is creamy, tasty :)

Super creamy taste, makes a great consistency in porridge, quark etc :)

Great taste, but worse solubility in coffee. I haven't tried it in porridge or dishes yet.

Hi Romana, you can try adding milk to hot drinks with a handheld machine. Have a nice day

answered questions
I wondered what the shelf life is on this product
Hi, does it fit in a protein shake? Maybe for work, so I don't have to haul milk when I don't want protein with just water :) My idea is that I throw a scoop of protein with a scoop of powdered milk in my shaker in the morning and just pour water over it at work. Would the protein have roughly the density of regular protein with milk? Thank you!
I want to ask what is the dosage for adding to porridge( a spoonful or two) etc..Thank you
Hello, do you think this could be a good alternative for making classic coffee? Alternatively, what is the solubility? Does it need a whisk or could it be stirred in warm coffee with a spoon? Thank you
