Enjoy a medium hot sauce with Thai roots. A unique flavor profile is achieved by combining Jalapeño and Chipotle paste with other spicy ingredients.
We have relied on a simple formula inspired by traditional sriracha sauces. The main flavour notes are determined by sweet peppers and a chilli paste of mildly hot chillies.
Perfectly suits meat dishes including steaks, chicken wings, burgers and a whole range of Asian dishes. Vegetarians or vegans will also find it a great base for dressing, enhancing hummus spread or roasted vegetables.
