Instructions for use
- Chew the tablet
- Brush your teeth with a moistened toothbrush in circular motions for about 2 minutes.
- Spit out the foam deposited in your mouth (for maximum effect, do not rinse your mouth after spitting out the foam)
Dosage
- 1 tablet for each brushing.
- 2 times a day (morning and evening)
- We recommend flossing your teeth before brushing.

- The white cotton‑like coating is a natural crystallization of menthol that occurs due to temperature fluctuations and does not affect the quality or safety of the product.
