Vitamin C supports more than just immunity 🍋
Vitamin C is one of the best‑known vitamins, yet its role goes far beyond simply supporting immunity. Since the human body cannot produce it on its own or store it for long periods, it is essential to obtain it from food or, if necessary, supplement it.
Adjust your vitamin C intake as needed
One piece of jelly provides 50% of the recommended daily dose, allowing you to tailor your dosage exactly as you need.
1 piece for children, 2 pieces for older children and adults. You can supplement with up to 5 pieces if you need to replenish more than the usual amount.
