The salty base of the soy sauce is enhanced with Mirin organic rice wine, Shichimi Togarashi mildly spicy spices and Kombu seaweed. The result is an authentic teriyaki sauce with a rich umami profile without added additives.
Suitable for grilling meats and vegetables, great to elevate marinades for chicken, beef or fish. Adds shine and flavour to stir‑fry dishes and complements rice bowls perfectly. Add juiciness, caramelisation and an unmistakable, exotic depth of flavour to your creations.
