Gentle roasting and super fine grinding
Our cashews are roasted at a relatively low temperature of 135°C for approximately 40 minutes. This method helps preserve their essential nutrients while enhancing their rich, full‑bodied flavour. After roasting, the nuts are cooled and finely ground into a smooth powder, creating the luxurious creamy texture you’ll love.
