How Our Plum Butters Are Made 🥄
Good plum butters don’t require a complicated recipe. All you need is a quality base and plenty of time. That’s why we don’t rely on shortcuts in production, but stick to tried‑and‑true methods.
Carefully selected fruit
The base consists of high‑quality fruit from Slovak orchards.
Slow baking
The water gradually evaporates, concentrating the flavor.
Ready‑made plum butter
Once the desired consistency is reached, it goes straight into jars.

It is in Slovakia that we have found orchards where the fruits ripen to their full flavor. Thanks to the proximity and long fruit‑growing tradition, we know exactly where every jar of our jam comes from.
