From premium Dutch potatoes
and without refined oils
We have used only the finest ingredients without extra stuff. All our ingredients are from controlled organic farming and we have not used genetically modified ingredients (GMO). We are the only ones to have chips completely free of refined oils. At the same time, production is oriented towards the least possible waste.
Fried on low flame
in coconut oil 🥥
Frying in sunflower oil reaches up to 190 °C and in cases where it is not the "high oleic" option, it can produce reactive oxidants with negative health effects.
We avoided this. We fry gently over a low flame using ORGANIC coconut oil. This process was fine‑tuned for 6 months before we agreed on a process that would satisfy our demanding customers.
