Fried gently in coconut oil 🥥
Typical frying in sunflower oil at temperatures up to 190°C, unless it's the "high oleic" variety, can lead to harmful reactive oxidants. We’ve completely avoided this issue. Our crisps are carefully fried on a low flame using organic coconut oil. It took us 6 months to perfect the process to meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers.
