The onions are prepared over two days - the first day they are hand peeled, the second day they are boiled and sautéed for 7 hours. This meticulous process ensures a deep and rich flavour with a slightly caramel‑like hint. Our chutney is made completely free of preservatives and contains only quality ingredients, including extra virgin olive oil, which gives it a delicate texture.
