Sustainable fishing
Our tuna comes from the open waters of the Mid-Atlantic and is fished sustainably and responsibly using purse seines.
Manual processing
The entire process takes place in the Portuguese coastal town of Aveiro in a company with a tradition dating back to 1964. The tuna is first cooked and then the meat is separated by hand and then preserved.
