The loin of the yellowfin tuna is particularly succulent compared to other parts of the fish, boasting a rich and intense flavour. With no added oils, the fillets also allow you to savour the delicate, natural saltiness of the ocean.

Among the most important nutrients our tuna provides are omega‑3 fatty acids, which have positive effects on cholesterol levels and support normal cardiovascular function. It’s also rich in high‑quality protein, potassium, and several B vitamins.
Sustainable fishing
Yellowfin tuna are caught using sustainable fishing methods, which include purse seines, nets or hook and line. This is also why our tuna holds MSC certification.
Hand processing
After being caught, the yellowfin tuna are sent to La Rioja in Spain, where the finest are processed using traditional techniques by a local family business with a rich history in the fishing industry.
