Juicy mango and passion fruit
More than 70% of the fruit base is made up of mangoes of the award‑winning Kaew variety and passion fruit, better known as passion fruit. These fruits are a combo of freshness and sweetness with slightly tangy notes. Pineapple, with its bromelain content, also plays a minor role in the sauce. This enzyme creates a unique mouth‑piercing sensation, as if the fruit is trying to bite you back. Together, they create a perfect combination of flavours that you won't forget.
Chilli peppers that sting like a scorpion
For the main spicy ingredient, we have chosen Trinidad Scorpion Moruga chillies. Trinidad is an island in the heart of the Caribbean with a long tradition of growing chillies. One of the areas famous for this phenomenon is called Moruga, which is also the origin of the name of these peppers. The last name "scorpion" refers to the extreme aggressiveness and the height of the hotness on the Scoville scale. 2 million SHU makes "scorpions" one of the hottest peppers in the world.

Should the right chilli sauce burn your sins away? Wrong. The right chilli sauce should burn the sins and taste great at the same time.
Vilgain Smoked Pepper Chilli Sauce has a nice smoky aroma of smoked peppers complemented by a spectrum of three types of chilli peppers. In the cold, sauce you can feel the subtle fruity touch of Bhut Jolokia, the intense power of Habanero and the extra hot Carolina Reaper, which is known for its flavour nuances.
Juicy, hand‑made base
More than half of the content is made up of red peppers from Spain, which are thoroughly washed and inspected after being imported into the Czech Republic. Defective pieces are discarded to guarantee the maximum quality of the final product. They are then smoked for several hours on fragrant beech wood, where they acquire their unique flavour. Finally, the peppers are blended, boiled and sieved by hand so that not a single skin spoils the pleasantly liquid consistency and only the juicy flesh remains.
Bhut Jolokia, Habanero and their spiciest baby
We chose three popular, super spicy chillies for the sauce. The hotness is measured on the so‑called Scoville hotness scale (SHU). The mildest chillies in our sauce - habaneros - range from 100,000 to 350,000 SHU. Bhut Jolokia, better known as ghost chilli, is packed with 800,000 to 1,040,000 SHU. But neither of them comes close to their hilarious hybrid Carolina Reaper with a hotness of a whopping 1,4 to 2,2 million SHU. All the chillies used are seasonally locally grown in the Czech Republic.

Bhut Jolokia, better known as “ghost chilli,” is a hybrid of traditional habanero and tabasco peppers, first cultivated in northern India. With more than 800,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units), it ranks as the third hottest chilli pepper in the world. But you don’t have to worry—there’s really just a drop in our product, mainly cultivating a unique flavor profile with intense, penetrating heat and fruity undertones. The chilli peppers are grown locally and seasonally in South Moravia by true masters of the craft.
It’s perfect for burgers, sandwiches, and meat. If you’re a chilli fan, you can try it on anything and discover new, unexpected flavor combinations just waiting for you.

Sauce, it's chili
Mango and passion fruit – wow. It has a very fruity and sweet taste, complemented by Trinidad Scorpion. You can smell the passion fruit straight from the bottle, so fish tacos are already on the agenda. For me, it doesn’t really go with beef, but to each their own 😊.
