Marine Collagen Complex - reviews

I've only been taking it for a short time, so I can't assess the effects yet. However, I'm glad it doesn't have an unpleasant fishy smell or aftertaste!

I don't really track changes, but I have noticed that my nails don't break as much as before and I think my skin has also improved a bit 💗 Personally, I only take 2 capsules daily, which should be about 10 g per day.

Improvement of the skin is gradual so far, I have been taking it for a short time.

It's a real love-hate thing for me 😂 Love because it works great for my skin. Scabs heal faster, my complexion is better, pimples are less “deep” and go away quicker... it’s really awesome and unlike other supplements, I can see the results with this one very clearly. Hate because I really can’t stand the taste and it’s the only supplement I have to swallow while holding my nose 😆 But honestly, it’s still easier for me to swallow the capsules with my nose plugged than to drink it dissolved in water (I just can’t do it, even with different flavors). So that’s just how I do it—it’s a small price to pay for how much it helps me 🤷🏼‍♀️ So, like... I recommend it, but it does have its downsides.

I'm still trying collagen - I take a dose of 4 capsules a day. When I open the package there is a typical fishy smell, which is common with fish collagen, but when I swallow it does not bother me. I will see what the results will be after longer use - I don't expect miracles after 20 days, but I believe that with regularity the effect will come. So far I have a positive opinion. ✔️

It stinks terribly and it makes me brutally swear in my mouth before I drink it 😂 but I guess it has something to do with it, my skin has improved significantly, surprisingly my knees stopped peeling and as a surprising bonus I had healed skin by the second day after burning my nose and my whole body? I don't get it, great!

So far I take a few days to wait for the result, I was surprised by the dosage up to 5 tablets a day I take 4 so that's for 22 days

I'm on my second month and I can feel the improvement in my skin
