Precise processing
from harvest to cup 🔥
The key step is roasting the whole leaves, during which the tea acquires its brown color and distinctive aroma. It is then gently ground and sifted through a sieve to achieve a fine and uniform texture.

Heat water to 80–85 °C
Mix 2–5 g of powder with 80 ml of hot water
