We offer you Japanese matcha from tea gardens in high quality from controlled agriculture. It has a natural, bright green colour, a milder taste and a range of benefits for the body. It is suitable for everyday drinking and as a first step into the world of Japanese matcha.
The tea plant is completely shaded before harvesting, which promotes chlorophyll production. The leaves are thinner, tastier and rich in active ingredients. A combo of spring and summer harvest is used, which has a more balanced and less astringent taste compared to ceremonial matcha.
This type of matcha is ideal for modern ways of preparation - just pour 80°C water over it to preserve the antioxidants. It's great in cold drinks, lemonades or as a matcha latte. Japanese Matcha BIOis a versatile choice for all your matcha cravings, including drinks and baking.
