- Take 1 capsule daily with meals, with sufficient water.
- Take regularly every day as part of a varied and balanced diet.
- Probiotics are recommended to be taken together with meals containing prebiotic fibre (cereals, legumes, fruits) for an enhanced synbiotic effect. It can be taken at any time of the day, and is particularly suitable when the intake of fermented dairy products is low, as they are a natural source of probiotic cultures in the diet. Due to the increased proportion of probiotic cultures, use is also suitable after taking antibiotics.
