Probiotics(Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium animalis, Lactobacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus casei), cranberry fruit extract(Vaccinium macrocarponl), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), HPMC (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) capsules, anti‑caking agent: silica.

- Take 1 capsule daily.
- Ideal in the morning on an empty stomach - Most probiotics are recommended to be taken in the morning, approximately 20‑30 minutes before meals, when stomach acid is less active, increasing the survival of probiotic bacteria.
