Our fish oil contains omega‑3 fatty acids in the form of triglycerides - a naturally occurring form found in nature. Unlike the cheaper ethyl esters that most manufacturers use, triglycerides are more easily absorbed and provide more benefits to the body.

- 1 capsule per day - normal adult population, pregnant and lactating women, children from 3 years of age, recreational athletes.
- 2 capsules per day - performance athletes, people at risk of cardiovascular disease, seniors.
- 3 capsules per day - professional athletes, people with high physical exertion, people at high risk of cardiovascular disease.
- Omega‑3 fatty acids should be taken regularly every day; long‑term use is also possible, especially if the diet lacks sufficient fatty fish. Some studies have shown that omega‑3 fatty acids rich in EPA can also support recovery after exercise - in this case, we recommend taking twice the dose and taking it immediately after the end of a training session.
