Most chocolates are made from roasted cocoa beans. We skip this step and process the cocoa at low temperatures. Thanks to this, the chocolate fully brings out the notes that you won't taste in classic chocolate.
Bean to bar from start to finish
Everything begins with controlled fermentation of cocoa beans, during which their characteristic flavor profile gradually develops. Instead of roasting, we continue with gentle processing at low temperatures all the way to the finished bar.

We work with a community of local farmers to improve our methods and seek new ways to move forward. Emphasis on care for cocoa thus begins right at the place of origin and continues throughout the entire production process.
