The combination of first‑class ingredients creates a taste sensation. The main ingredient is chopped and undried basil of the Genovese variety, which has a more pronounced taste and aroma compared to other basils. This is then mixed with cheese, garlic, cashew nuts and salt in extra virgin olive oil.

Parmigiano Reggiano
True "Parmesan" or Parmigiano Reggiano is a hard Italian cheese that comes exclusively from the Protected Area of Origin (PDO) in northern Italy. In this area, specific bacteria are found in the soil and grass, which, when consumed by cows, give their milk and the cheese made from it a specific nutty flavour and pleasant texture.
