Pistachios are perfect. In fact, so much so that I have to hide the pack because my son would eat half a bag a day, and considering the salt content at his age, that's probably not entirely appropriate. I would also appreciate smaller packs (like those available in the unsalted version).

Delicious, and very good quality (barely any oxidation). You can check it if you bit it in half and check the color, if vivid or light green = good... if it's brownish it's oxidated = bad... I bite each in half and check, and about 9 out of 10 are perfect.
