Protodioscin content is more important than saponin content
Why did we focus primarily on protodioscin content? Protodioscin is part of a large group of substances called saponins. These can have some health benefits, but it is protododioscin that is considered the most important component of tribulus because it is directly related to the overall effectiveness of the product.
In conventional extracts with a 90% saponin content, there is usually only a negligible amount of this substance.
