I have now used the Vilgain Citrulline Malate twice before training and have already noticed a noticeable improvement in my performance on the machines. My muscle endurance is higher and I can perform the exercises more effectively. Taste & Solubility: The powder is tasteless, but a little sour, which I find positive as it mixes well with other supplements such as EAA or a pre-workout drink. The solubility in water is also flawless, with no residue or lumps. Effect during training: After just the second intake, I notice that I can last longer on the machines and my muscles don't exhaust themselves so quickly. The combination of citrulline and malate seems to work well, as the "pump" feeling during training is also more intense. Conclusion: So far a promising supplement for more endurance and performance in strength training. I will continue to use it to see how the effect develops in the long term.
