Recommended dosage
- 5 capsules per day - take with sufficient water (Ideally divide the dose into 2).
- 30‑60 minutes before training and the other half within 30 minutes after training.
- Alternatively take the full dose before or after training.
With what to combine
- With proteins - EAAs are part of complex proteins, but the protein itself also contains non‑essential amino acids. Combining EAAs with a complete protein powder (e.g. whey protein) will provide all the amino acids the body needs for muscle growth and recovery.
- With creatine - The combination of creatine and EAAs ensures not only increased performance, but also muscle recovery and protection.
