Raspberries and other fruits are exposed to deep freezing and then slowly dried in a vacuum, removing all water. This process gives the fruit its characteristic lightness while preserving its colour, aroma, flavour, and the vast majority of micronutrients.
You can use freeze‑dried fruit anywhere you use fresh fruit. You can use it to decorate and flavour porridge, yoghurt, muesli with milk or smoothies. They are also simple and effective for decorating desserts. The raspberries can then be used whole or crushed between your fingers to create a fine raspberry powder.
