The formulation is excellent, has a noticeable effect, I recommend it!

I'm taking it short, but it seems to me that it has the desired effect.

I recommend!!! I take it about 30 minutes before a high carb meal and I actually have less cravings for sweets during the day.

Because of the apple cider vinegar content, it gives me a stomach ache. There should be a warning on the product for people with stomach or liver conditions.
