Excellent! I recommend not cooking it only in broth (1/2 water, 1/2 broth is ideal) because it unnecessarily overpowers the good taste of the risotto. It's best to stir in a bit of cream/ricotta at the end :))
It's fine, but unfortunately there is such a "veggie" taste, probably with the dried onions
