Vilgain Oat flakes are the right choice for all flakes lovers thanks to their 3kg, cost‑effective packaging. Always freshly milled from oats from the Šumava fields with a distinctive nutty flavour and a firm fibrous texture that holds its shape perfectly.
Large wholemeal flakes that do not roll
Our grains are bigger and firmer than the ones you find in regular supermarket cereals. This makes them hold their shape better and the porridge is crispier than porridge made from cereal crumbles.
Honest grains from the Czech Republic
We didn't have to go far for flakes. They are made in the Czech Republic from mountain oats in the Šumava region and boast a high fibre content as well as an above‑standard portion of vegetable protein. The fibre will support your digestion and together with the protein will keep you reliably full.
High in antioxidants, minerals and beta‑glucans
One bowl will fill you up and keep you energised for 3‑4 hours
Thanks to the low glycaemic index, the energy from the complex carbohydrates is released gradually over several hours. The oats will also keep you fuller for longer as they are 11 % fibre and absorb water well.
