Vilgain Brazil Nuts Natural – royally large nuts with a sweet taste from the tropical Amazon
The Brazil nut is one of the most valuable products of Brazil and other regions of South America. It is also known as the Brazil nut and is characterized by its sweet nutty flavor with a pleasantly mild bitterness.
Unlike regular supermarkets, where you most often find only nut kernels labeled as “midgets” (the second smallest kernels on the market), ours are actually the second largest, with about 242–286 kernels per 1 kg.
An excellent source of healthy fats and fiber
Like all nuts, Brazil nuts are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which help maintain normal cholesterol levels.
Brazil nuts are also a great source of fiber. In 100 g you’ll find 7,5 g of fiber.
And what are Brazil nuts good for?
You can snack on them raw and unprocessed. They’re perfect for vegetable salads, desserts, morning porridge, or yogurt, for example with other nuts and fresh or freeze-dried fruit. You’ll also often find them in various bars or muesli mixes.
