Royally large nuts with a sweet taste from the tropical Amazon

The Brazil nut is one of the most valuable products of Brazil and other regions of South America. It is also known as the Brazil nut and is characterized by a sweet taste of nuts with a pleasantly mild bitterness.

Unlike regular supermarkets, where usually only kernels labeled as “midgets” (the second smallest kernels on the market) are sold, ours are actually the second largest, with about 242–286 kernels per 1 kg.

And what are Brazil nuts good for?

You can snack on them raw and unprocessed. They are great in vegetable salads, desserts, morning porridge, or yogurt, for example with other nuts and fresh or freeze-dried fruit. You will also often find them in the ingredients of various bars or muesli.
