The processing method matters
Both coffees undergo the Natural dry method, during which the cherries are dried whole with the coffee beans remaining inside. After drying, they are separated and then roasted in the Czech Republic. The light roast level allows the flavor notes of the beans used to stand out more.
Prepare your coffee just the way you like it
Grind the whole beans right before brewing to your desired coarseness. The blend is created primarily for filter coffee and is perfect for preparation in a V60, Chemex, or a classic drip coffee maker.
