Vilgain Organic coconut sugar - sugar with a delicate caramel taste

Vilgain Coconut sugar is an alternative to regular white sugar that will surprise you with its delicious taste with a hint of caramel. It is obtained from the nectar of the flowers of coconut palms in Indonesia, grown under organic farming. The nectar is hand‑picked, then boiled to create caramel, which is crushed into tiny brown crystals.

Ideal for flavouring dishes

The use of coconut sugar is the same as for conventional sugar. It is suitable for baking various desserts, pancakes or as a sprinkle on your morning porridge.
