It doesn't say anywhere that it's suet beef tallow, and it's really soft. So i guess it's not suet, right?

Hello, tallow is the rendered form of suet, meaning it’s melted down and strained to remove impurities. Suet is raw fat and typically needs to be rendered to make tallow, which is the purified, shelf-stable version. Thank you, have a nice day! :-)

Hello! Maybe my question wasn't clear. I know what suet is. It's the firm fat around the kidneys and loins, but this product is not firm at all. It's really soft ans i keep it in temperatures around 15-17 Celsius. Beef suet tallow isn't supposed to be that soft. That's why I ask, is it from 100% beef suet, or are there any other fat trimmings in it? And if yes, what percentage? If no, is there maybe another reason for its softness?
