Finish oats
We use gluten‑free oatmeal from Finland as our base. Crops grown so close to the Arctic Circle benefit from the long polar days. These longer days allow the plants to absorb more sunlight, producing larger and softer grains.
Two forms of healthy fats
Including a reasonable amount of nuts in our bars makes them rich in unsaturated fats. This helps aid in lowering cholesterol levels and improving the lipid spectrum. Additionally, we have replaced regular animal butter with vegetable butter, specifically shea butter sourced from the nuts of the shea tree, to eliminate even more of the less beneficial fats.
