Vilgain Organic Panela - natural sweetener with a delicate caramel taste and aroma
Vilgain Organic Panela is an unrefined sweetener with a mild caramel flavour. It is obtained by boiling and evaporating sugar cane juice. It retains all the nutrients that are naturally present in sugar cane. Unlike conventional sugar, from which molasses is separated, this substance remains in the panela.
It is an excellent alternative to conventional refined sugars. You can use it just like regular sugar, for baking or sweetening food and drinks. It is ideal for desserts, porridges, pancakes or pancakes.
