Our Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix Low Sugar contains milk protein with a full spectrum of amino acids including BCAAs to support the growth and maintenance of existing muscle mass. We've also added gluten‑free tapioca flour to the protein, which is one of the most digestible and will provide a great texture for waffles and pancakes.
Instead of sucralose, natural
sweetener from stevia leaves
From the stevia plant we obtain a high‑value sweetener containing steviol glycosides. These are 200‑300 times sweeter than sugar, do not affect blood sugar levels and are considered a safe non‑caloric sweetener, which is also of natural origin.
Why does our pancake mix not contain sucralose?
Sucralose, currently the most widely used artificial sweetener, is a synthetic compound of chlorine and sucrose. However, several studies have recently emerged that point to a possible negative effect on the human body.

Suggested use
- Pancakes: mix one 70 g portion of the mixture with 70 ml of cold water.
- Waffle: Mix one 70 g portion of the mixture with 100 ml of cold water.
- Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Toast the batter in a slightly hot pan dry or with the addition of oil, or in a waffle iron for about 5 minutes.
