These cattle are distinguished by their smaller heads and short necks, and their meat is highly sought after by chefs worldwide. Additionally, thanks to nearly year‑round grass grazing, the flavour of the meat is elevated to a whole new level.
Family farm

We have just one supplier who lovingly and carefully tends to all of their livestock. It's a family‑run farm in Slovakia, dedicated exclusively to raising Limousin cattle on over 3,000 hectares of grass‑covered meadows with rich plant biodiversity.
