The processing method matters

The coffee undergoes the Natural dry method, during which the whole cherries are dried and the coffee beans remain inside. After drying, they are separated and then medium roasted, which helps maintain a balance between the natural characteristics and the flavor notes that develop during the roasting process.

Grind the whole beans just before brewing to your desired coarseness. Brazilian coffee is suitable for several brewing methods, so you can easily enjoy it according to your preferred method.
