We've exposed the fruit to extremely low temperatures and then slowly vacuum dried it, completely removing the water. This freeze‑drying process gives the fruit its typical lightness and preserves its colour, aroma, flavour and full spectrum of micronutrients. In addition, it crisps perfectly.

In addition to being a great substitute for fresh fruit, freeze‑dried fruit also has a variety of uses. You can simply throw it in your backpack on a trip, it's great in yoghurt for a natural flavour, but you can also add it to desserts or as an ultra‑clean colouring for cream.

In the package you will find only dried fruit, nothing more. The blend is 40% mango, which is perfectly complemented by 35% fresh pineapple. One quarter of the mixture is made up of sweet figs.
