Vitamin D in its most accessible form (D3, or cholecalciferol) occurs almost exclusively in animal form in nature and is commonly made from lanolin from sheep's wool. Compared to D2, the common plant form of vitamin D, it has 87% better digestibility [1]. However, our form of the vitamin‑D3V® [2] comes from GMO‑free seaweed. It has been used for years for other food purposes and is chemically identical to its animal counterpart, D3.

Dosage
- Using a pharmaceutical applicator, take 2 squeezes (0,2 ml) daily with food.
- Children from 12 years of age - 1 squeeze per day is possible.
- Mix contents before use, any sediment is due to the 100% natural composition.
- The use of the combination of vitamins D3 and K2 is recommended for active athletes, individuals with reduced immunity or in the winter months due to reduced vitamin D production from exposure to the sun. Both vitamins are dissolved in the carrier medium in the supplement, thus no further use with other sources of fat is required. Taking it in a dosage form is possible directly into the mouth or on a teaspoon. The dose can also be added to food, both vitamins are temperature stable.
