Vilgain Blossom Honey comes from the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area. We source it directly from a Czech beekeeper without any intermediaries. It is unrefined and raw. It has a light golden color, a velvety smooth delicious taste and thick texture.
Quality honey contains several interesting natural substances, and studies examine it for its content of phenolic acid and flavonoids [1, 2]. Nevertheless, honey is still a source of sugars, so we recommend using it in moderation. It also has a much more interesting flavor profile and by purchasing it, you support beekeeping, which is very important for nature.
